Hello,

I have a question about the utf8_unicode_ci collation.

As I understood it from the description it is accent-insensitive. But as far
as I can see it is that only with keys (I cannot insert a similar key with
other accents), but not with a SELECT operation. Is there a way that I can
do an accent-independent select.
