I've been trying and failing to setup a fax server on one of my Windows
Server 2003 Standard Edition's computers. I can find step by step instructions for SBE Server, but those don't seem to match Standard edition. I have a fax modem on the server and would like to have about 12 of my users be able to send/receive faxes from their workstations via printing to the fax server. Does anyone know where I can find a accurate complete HowTo or StepByStep for setting this up on a Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition SP1 server? |

Hello jakeainsworth,
You can use the included on the server. If you open Start, and support and type "Fax" in the Search window choose point 1 "Using Fax: How to". Inside the article you have to additional links to "Fax Console " and "Fax Server Manager " Best regards Meinolf Weber Disclaimer: This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights. ** Please do NOT email, only reply to Newsgroups ** us YOU!!! http://www.blakjak.demon.co.uk/mul_crss.htm > I've been trying and failing to setup a fax server on one of my > Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition's computers.
