I successfully installed VS 2005 on a Win2003 server. I installed the
complete package to include the admin website. I was able to connect to the admin website and connect to my VS on the same platform. I installed Win 2003 std ed R2 and everything seemed to go normally. Problem: when the Win2003 server starts on the virtual server the "Cntrl+alt+del" window comes up. When I enter these keys the host system reacts not the VS. The mouse works in the VS window but not the keys. What is the solution? -- |

This would be (by default) the Right Alt key with Delete
More here: Using the keyboard and mouse in a virtual machine http://www.microsoft.com/technet/pro....mspx?mfr=true I'd also recommend installing the Virtual Machine Additions in your Guest VM. This will make interfacing with the system much easier. -- Ryan Sokolowski MVP - Windows Server - Clustering MCSE, CCNA, CCDA, BCFP "Colin Barnhorst" <c.barnhorst@comcast.net> wrote in message news:035EF4D2-14BC-4480-8194-9D3259264C54@microsoft.com... > Use Host+Del. > > "mwebb" <mwebb@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message > news:976AF93F-5F28-4268-A421-6809D7964AAD@microsoft.com... >>I successfully installed VS 2005 on a Win2003 server.
