Hi,
I have a need to install SQL 2000 Standard Edition (the application vendor does not support SQL 2005 with the particular version installed) on a new HP DL360 with 8GB RAM. What boot.ini switches are best and what configurations within SQL will optimize the memory that is available to SQL? Thanks. |

Nothing. SQL Standard in 2000 can only use 2gb, no matter what switches you
use -- Kevin3NF SQL Server dude You want fries with that? http://kevin3nf.blogspot.com/ I only check the newsgroups during work hours, M-F.
