Par défaut sql 2000 backup and restore with fulltext catalog

I have a SQL 2000 database with a fulltext catalog and, of course,
indexes. I need to migrate this database including its fulltext
catalog/indexes to another SQL 2000 server. Both SQL installations
reside in MS Windows 2003 servers, for what it's worth. I could not
find any literature that can tell me whether I can do this without
having to fully populate the fulltext indexes again on the target
server. Anything I find regarding this issue is geared for SQL 2005
and not for SQL 2000.
Does anyone know if I can do this by doing backup and restore
operations? If so, what do I have to include into the backup besides
checking the "Complete database" option?
Your is greatly appreciated.

I guess this completely stumped everyone; even here in an SQL forum!
