I do not have the option to install SSIS on a fresh SQL 2005 setup or as an
addition after the install. Is there anything I am missing?

Hi Andrew,

If you're using the SQL Server source that came with SBS 2003 Premium
you've got the Workgroup Edition which does not ship with SSIS. If you
are using a different edition that you acquired separate from SBS then
check which edition it is and consult the following link to see whether
you should have SSIS or not.
