Does sql server 2005 manage call license like a server so ( it counts user
or device connected) or call license is only a document and the server does
not take count of logged user/device??
And where can I manage call license?

SQL Server 2005 has three kinds of licenses: Per processor, per device and
per user.

However I'm not sure of the meaning of call license you mentioned.
