Any recommendations on a product t for version/source control type
stuff related SQL server database management?

Ideally, all changes to the schema must be done to the scripts under source
code control, and no script should be applied to a database if the script is
not under the source control. In that case, you can use any of the commonly
used source control packages (e.g. Subversion, VSS, etc).
