Hello,

We have 2 x SQL Server 2005 and database mirroring is enabled and
working.

Server A = Principal
Server B = Mirror

I need to create a new database on the mirror server (Server B), if I
create a new DB will it cause any issue to the mirror I have setup?

No, mirroring is per database and whatever you do to other databases will not affect a mirrored
database.
