Par défaut Value in putting system DB logs on different drives?

I was wondering if it was worth it to put the system log (ldf) files on a
different physical drive than the data files.

I was going to move the master, model, msdb and tempdb log files to a
different drive.

found the directions on how to move the files here

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms345408.aspx

Thanks
Justin

No there is no need for system database. However, I have seen some DBA put
the log of tempdb on different physical disks

I figured the tempdb would be of most value since it could be hit rather
hard. wasnt too sure if doing the others was worth it.

Thanks
