Hi Friends,

I am using SQL Developer Edition SP2. My problem is that in
taskmanager it is showing, sqlserver.exe is increasing unusually and
it continues to grow and server showing network error. I have to
restart sqlserver then.

I have tried Lock pages in memory and AWE. When AWE is on, page file
increases.

Anybody has solution for this, please reply.

Server configuration is Windows 2003 Standard edition SP2.

How much memory do you have? How much memory did you define to MAX memory?
It is strange that you run Dev Edition on Windows 2003 Standard edition SP2,
is it a prduction enviroment?

AWE usage shows up a page file usage due to some low-level APIs.
