Hello,
Anyone an idea why my maintenance plan doesn't send me a report by mail? I created an agent and tested with succes ... and configured the maintenance plan to send the report by mail to this agent. The report is written to the given folder but he doesn't send me an email report. Thank you, Koen |

Hi Koen,
Take a look at the Database Mail Log to see if there are any error messages related to your maintenance plan. This can be found within SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) by expanding the Managment Folder and then right-clicking "Database Mail" and choosing "View Database Mail Log". If possible perhaps post the relevant content. Best Regards, John |

This was the message :
"Could not generate mail report. An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch. No global profile is configured. Specify a profile name in the @profile_name parameter." I had to set my profile to default. 1. Go to Database mail 2. Right Click Click on Configure Database mail. 3. wizard will click next 4.select Manage Profile security 5. Click Next 6. Beside Profile name by default there will be no , Please make it yes 7. Finish Thank you for ing me !!!
