Dear all,

Just curious, one of my department still runs NT, however they wanted to
upgrade now into 2003. I have read all the documents with reard to how to
updgrde etc. However, what I wanted to do is now, configure the Active
driectry 2003 and would like to synchnorize with NT domain for users and
their password. is it possible ? or are there any white paper for how to keep
both domain by synchronizing ?

They do not synchronize and won't. Look into creating a trust
relationship and migrating accounts if you want to merge the
domains.
