What is the better form to upgrade NT to 2003 AD ?
and what is the no problem (or less problem) and more easy to do it ?:

1) Install new 2003 whit a new domain and use ADMT to translate users from NT
2) Install new temp BDC, convert to PDC and upgrade to 2003 in the same PC

I would think number 2 is less work because you are not migrating the
data but issue can arise during each of the procedures.
