Par défaut having problems getting to a site/server

Problem:
I am unable to surf to www.wow-europe.com/en, i can log into the
american site fine but when clicking on English(EU) i cant connect.
when trying to PING the site i get "unable to resolve server name" or
something along those lines

when i PING it from work i get
http://www.wow.europe.com IP = 82.239.174
201

Steps to try and resolve:

-Flushed DNS
-Updated firmware for my router
-Reset my router to factory defaults
-Rebooted router and computer

I've searched the forums and cant find anything about any problems with
the site, im on 10mb cable link running XP and a buffalo WBR-g54 router
and a motarola surfboard modem

NSLookup is your friend when you cannot resolve a
DNS name with some application (simplify by removing
the app as the source of the problem UNTIL you either
prove it is DNS or the app itself which is at fault.)

All interesting but not nearly as relevant as NSLookup
tests:

nslookup www.wow.europe.com

If that returns the correct answer then you don't have a
DNS problem (with that name at least.)

Since we cannot "login" to your desired site we cannot
examine where the click to Europe might then take us,
but if you can resolve that name (e.g., www.wow.europe.com)
then you don't have a DNS issue with this name.
