All my servers are configured with static IP addresses as a result should
the following be checked under the TCP IP properties of each server . I am assuming "yes " ,, since my servers do not use DHCP therefore the client meaning the server should register both the A -RR and PTR in DNS , is this correct.?? Register this connection's address in DNS should be selected and Use this connection's DNS suffix in DNS registration should also be selected |

Answered in another group.
Generally it is much preferable to cross-post a single message to (reasonable) multiple groups rather than post separate messages. If you (reasonably) cross post then all answers will be visible in each location so anyone trying to or interested in the answer can benefit from all of the responses and clarifications. -- Herb Martin, MCSE, MVP Accelerated MCSE http://www.LearnQuick.Com [phone number on web site] "Darren@community.nospam" <GQ@community.nospam> wrote in message news:eDipfBUBHHA.4472@TK2MSFTNGP03.phx.gbl... > All my servers are configured with static IP addresses as a result should > the following be checked under the TCP IP properties of each server .
