We are in the process of converting from Bind to AD Integrated DNS. Currently
our root is Bind and some Stub Zones pointed to from under the root name
space are AD Integrated.

E.g.

MyCompany.com <--- Bind
|_ domain3.MyCompany.com < --- Stub poitning to AD Intrgrated Zone
|_ domain3.MyCompany.com < --- Stub poitning to AD Intrgrated Zone

We are trying to come up with a process to migrate the root. I'm not sure
what will happen to the child Stubzones when the root is converted. Will the
existing Stub Zones be converted to AD Integrated in the forest or will new
Stub Zones be created for these (outside of the root zone).

The ultimate goal will be for these to be contained under one name space as
"Domains" not in seperate zones.
