I have two separate domains that are connected via a trust. One is runing
Server 2003 and the other Server 2000. I have setup a Stub zone in the Server 2003 DNS to recoginze the resources on the 2000 domain. How do I setup the DNS for the 2000 domain to achieve what the stub zone does in 2003? -- fantamejthisisgoodvarjedag |

any reason you don't want to simply create the secondary zone pointing to
the primary hosted on the Windows Server 2003 DNS? hth Marcin |

I wanted to limit the available pointers to SOA, NS and host record for the
server only and not replicating the entire DNS... -- fantamejthisisgoodvarjedag "Marcin" wrote: > any reason you don't want to simply create the secondary zone pointing to > the primary hosted on the Windows Server 2003 DNS? > > hth > Marcin > |
