Hello everyone,
Please forgive what might be a newbie question, posted to the wrong newsgroup. I am running Windows Server 2003 as a DNS and DHCP server. When I go into DHCP administration, it always shows a status of "Not connected". If I click on anything (for example, I click on the + sign next to the server name) the status will immediately change to "Running". I noticed this when trying to troubleshoot a barrage of errors from my router stating that it can't find the cache entry for various mac addresses. It is a Verizon FiOS router, not configured to run DHCP. Any ideas? Thanks, Jen |
