Hi,
I have te following problem with Internet connection in Vista Premium.
I use wireless connection through the router. Before I can connect to
the internet I need to fill preferred and alternate DNS address. Then
the connection works well. But only untill I left the computer turn to
the sleep. When I wake it up, I cannot connect to the internet. The
problem is that during sleep computer forgot DNS specification and
tries to obtain automatic DNS name.

Can you me with this problem?

How is the client configured for ip, with DHCP from the router or another
server? Or fixed ip configuration?

Hi, the client obtains IP automaticaly from router.
