{{
To add user principal name suffixes Open Active Directory Domains and Trusts. In the console tree, right-click Active Directory Domains and Trusts, and then click Properties. On the UPN Suffixes tab, type an alternative UPN suffix for the forest, and then click Add. Repeat step 3 to add additional alternative user principal name suffixes. Notes To perform this procedure, you must be a member of the Domain Admins group (in the forest root domain) or the Enterprise Admins group in Active Directory, or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority. To open Active Directory Domains and Trusts, click Start, click Control Panel, double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Active Directory Domains and Trusts. UPN suffixes should conform to DNS conventions for valid characters and syntax. }} So Thank Thank you. Can you elaborate on what you mean by "joiing to alternative upn suffixes as well as hide what part of the 'first domain name?' Do you mean the user account? What is the domain name. You must elaborate and be concise in your question and intentions to better assist. Ace |
