Par défaut Caveats when changing internal DNS/AD domain name in Windows 2K3domain?

I have a Windows 2003 domain, with an Exchange 2003 SP2 server.
Currently the internal domain is set up the same as the external DNS
name of the domain (i.e. company.com.) I want to change the internal
domain to corp.company.com.

I remember reading somewhere that under Windows 2003 Server this is now
as simple as renaming the internal domain and rebooting the DCs and
Exchange Server. Is this correct? Also are there any caveats that
need to be checked before and after doing a domain rename such as this one?

Hello,

it's not renaming the AD itself the problem, it's everything around it:
-SMS (must reinstall)
-SQL (windows account)
-Citrix
-Windows services with domain account
-Scheduled tasks with domain account

I have blogged our domain rename:

Jorge posted also on it:
