Hello,
I have a DNS Domain Controller W2K3 Server in a class C network. I had to install two network cards to it with different IP's in the same segment so that one of them is connected to a Hub to serve an IMBoss Sniffer program that captures Messenger Traffic. NIC one has 192.168.50.3 and NIC 2 has 192.168.50.4 mask is 255.255.255.0 Can this cause any kind of conflict with Network traffic, like printing, file sharing and other network services? Thanks I'd apreciate your -- Alex |

If you want dual NICs for efficiency, team them, otherwise disable one of them. Honestly it will cause problems. -- Regards, Ace This posting is provided "AS-IS" with no warranties or guarantees and confers no rights.
