Forward lookup does not appear to be scavenging

I have Aging/Scavenging set to 6 hours and the settings say the zone can be
scavenged after 8/16/2007 (This date changes, last time it was a date near
the middle of July then the beginning of August). When looking in my Forward
Lookup Zone I have the same ip associated w/ multiple computer names. For
example I have pc1 w/ a timestamp of 7/25/2007, pc2 w/ a timestamp of
8/13/2007, pc3 w/ a timestamp of 7/10/2007, and pc4 w/ a timestamp of
7/25/2007 all showing as having the same ip in DNS records. Since I have my
Aging/Scavenging set to 6 hours, shouldn't my records w/ a timestamp of July
all be gone?
