We have two windows 2003 servers, both are domain controllers.
One day, we have the virus. After we clean the virus then...

Server01(our file server): has the following error
Netlogon 5774
NTDS Replication 2042
USERENV 1030
USERENV 1058

Server02(our exchange server): has the following error
DNS 4000
DNS 4004
DNS 4015
NTDS Replication 2042
Kerberos 4
USERENV 1030
USERENV 1053
USERENV 1058

We tried netdiag /fix and dcdiag/fix on both servers, but we can not fix the
problem.

The 2042 is a major issue, See if this s, I recommend running dcdiag /e
at least once a month to prevent this from happening again. Daily would be
even better but I understand you may not have the resources to do this.
