So here are the million dollar questions..... Please let me know if you can
provide conclusive answers to any of the following questions around Name
Server record behavior in Windows 2003.

1. Will the resolver (inside the DNS server), start with the master
server(s) NS records or will it round robin all the NS records?

2. How long will the resolver wait if it doesn’t get a response to try
another NS entry

3. Will the resolver continue to use the good NS entry or will it fall
back after some period?
