We have 2 dc at different site. The DC server at the remote site always have
FRS problem which mentioned about having trouble enabling replication from
server1 to server 2 for c:\winnt\sysvol\domain;retrying. It also show an
eventID of 13508 only at the event viewer. How to solve this problem?

I would start with Sonar, FRSDiag or Ultrasound to try and track down the
issue.
