Postfix "store and forward"

I would like to store a copy of all mail that passes through a mail-relay
before it gets relayed to the destination MX. Is this possible with
Postfix?

Would

always_bcc = someone@somewhere.com

work for you? This will blind copy any mail passing through Postfix to
another address.
