Flash CS3 export to Illustrator

I am creating drawings with multiple named layers to export to Illustrator.
When I open the the file in Ai it opens to a single layer containing multiple
unamed groups. Each group represents the contants of a Flash Layer. I then have
to drag each unamed layer to its correct level and rename it. Is there any way
to export that retains layer names? Does Flash CS4 fix this?
