I am seeking advice on how to shoot video of say a news anchor in front of a
green screen with them talking and then how to put that video online for
instance on the news website as a short intro or advertisement.
What would be the proper route to take in making something like this into a
reality for me. What flash components are necessary and how do they integrate
with the flash based web site. Can anyone please ?

Flash has a good video encoder option under File > import > import video

That will dress up your video and you get it onto the web.

If you're looking for a way to work with the green screen you should probably
use a program designed specifically for it. Infact, i think adobe makes one.

Can you suggest the best way to green screen. I have the capability to easily
green screen already. I am just sort of looking for alternate ideas that maybe
I have not considered and really appreciate any advice that you are willing to
offer.
