Flash problems

The space.com website video do no work. They just show a black screen where
the flash should be playing something. And of course the youtube problem
suddenly started. This computer was just reformatted and youtube did work for
a few days then stopped. Please I see there are tons of these similar
postings.
Is there any other information I should post to resolve this? Thanks!

This is the source code I took from the page which the flash doesn't work.
I use Opera, newest version. Windows XP pro.

Youtube did work then stopped running, now i get the latest flash problem that
so many others do get. This is the Javascript error I get.
