Basically what I'm doing is trying to have a small popup window with a small
paragraph description pop up from a link on my pop-up menu, it seems possible,
just not sure how to do it. Any will be grateful.

Open up in Fireworks and search "submenu". That explains how to create submenus from a pop-up menu.

COOL, thanks that will be ful, although it wasn't exactly what I was
talking about. I don't want to create a submenu (although I will now lol), but
what I wanted was when you select an item on my popup meny, I want a small
window to pop up that will contain a brief paragraph of text.

Ahhh, I see. That would actually be pretty challenging, as you'd need to
incorporate some additional javascript (most likely) into that menu. Being as
that menu code is a total mess anyway it would be a nightmare.
