(reposting through FW forum rather than UseNet...)

When I right-click on a jpg file and select "Open with..." (in Windows XP Pro
SP2) I don't have Fireworks CS3 in the list, so I click on "Select Program" and
Fireworks doesn't appear in either the recommended Programs or Other Programs
lists.

So, I click on "browse" and go to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Fireworks CS3,
select Fireworks.exe and click "open", but it still doesn't appear in the list.

I've tried this several times, but can't see any way around this. Does anyone
know if this is a known CS3 issue? It worked fine when I the previous version.

It works for me with an identical setup, so I have no idea why it didn't work on your install. If memory serves you can add programs to the Windows shell through TweakUI though!
