Okay, I just realized my Flex Style Explorer problem is bigger. I just
installed senocular's Patterns and Textures extension, which should also be available under Window, and it is not installing either. Anyone have any ideas? Yes, I did exit and restart. Thanks! Tony |

Tony,
did you look under "Window > Other"? alex dAnthony Bollinger wrote: > Okay, I just realized my Flex Style Explorer problem is bigger. Tony,
I just installed the extension to see if it would show up and it does. Window > Patterns and Textures It is listed right under Others. WindowsXP SP2 Alex Anthony Bollinger wrote: > Okay, I just realized my Flex Style Explorer problem is bigger. At any rate, it does not show up under "others". I only have 4 extensions there, I guess ones that were originally available. Thanks, Tony |

Copying myself from
http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/webforu...id=14&catid=19 3&threadid=1342081&enterthread=y In your Start menu, right-click on the Adobe Extension Manager CS3 and explicitly Run as administrator or they won't install properly under Vista. I had trouble installing the Kuler extension, but Rolinstone solved the problem here: http://pixelfumes.blogspot.com/2007/...ler-panel.html That should fix it. It worked for me on a couple of extensions. I'm using CS3 on Vista Home Premium. |

Hi, just chiming in with my enormous gratitude for this solution. You have saved me from having to purchase another monitor after putting my fist through this one.:grin;

Thanks for the gratitude, but it belongs to reader Rolinstone on the pixelfumes blog. Not to me!
