Hi,

i am trying to figure out how i can create an area on my web page that i can
edit later.

for example,
i would like to make to top of my website (title bar and all) editable, so
that when i change one area, it changes on all of the other web pages on my
website.

i do not know the correct terms for this, so i am sorry if i am not making any
sense
