Is there a way to make the borders of layers visible on my site? I'm creating layers with AP Div tags.

A layer IS an AP element (div, table, paragraph, image, whatever).

To make the borders visible, use CSS -

#yourlayer { border:1px solid green; }

Or have I misunderstood your question?
