I have setup all the fields for my feedback form, titled them and ID'd them,
but how go I send the inpuuted information from the form from my site to my
email when the "Submit" buttin has been hit???

Hi, you will need a server side script which will process the posted input, and

As stated above, you will need a server side script installed to achieve this.
Depending on your web host, you should be able to get a script quite easily.

The most common types of script for this type of action are PHP, ASP and CGI.

well I think you haven't setup an server side script for the ebsite form.
Usually when you want to send information form form to the e-mail you need to
have an server side script as well as client side script.
