how do i fix this, so that when a user registers on my website, this does not pop up?

Check the script uploaded properly, 9 times out of 10 it just misses something
out for me...

If you still need after this then post back with a bit more detail, what

Access is not MySQL.

If you have not created a MySQL database containing a table with that name
and populated that table with fields and records, then you are basically at
ground zero with this.

Where is your site hosted, what is the server OS, and what is it you are
trying to do?

well i got to the my php qsl admin. page. i am having trouble though, when a
user registers on my page, it says that you can now login, but when you do go
and try it, it says that there is no such user.
