Hi,
This is something I can't seem to find a clear answer on. What I have is a wrapper div, and then a left_menu div, and also a main content and footer divs. What I would like to have is make it so the Left_Menu div, extends as far as the wrapper div. I've been searching and find so many 'hacks', 'javascripts' etc to trick a browser into doing it. But what is the right way to do it? I wish you could just tell the left menu to be 100% and it would be 100% of the Wrapper, but it doesnt' seem to do that. |

It can't be done. But it can be faked. Google "Faux columns". -- Murray --- ICQ 71997575 Adobe Community Expert (If you *MUST* email me, don't LAUGH when you do so!) ================== http://www.projectseven.com/go - DW FAQs, Tutorials & Resources http://www.dwfaq.com - DW FAQs, Tutorials & Resources ================== "cdoyle" <webforumsuser@macromedia.com> wrote in message news:fsh3ks$lt1$1@forums.macromedia.com... > Hi, > This is something I can't seem to find a clear answer on. > > What I have is a wrapper div, and then a left_menu div, and also a main > content and footer divs. > > What I would like to have is make it so the Left_Menu div, extends as far > as > the wrapper div. > > I've been searching and find so many 'hacks', 'javascripts' etc to trick a > browser into doing it.
