I'm having repeated but inconstant problems with using the eyedropper tool
to change background colors in CSS using the CSS panel in DWCS3. I will
click on a color on a dw page in development and I'll hear a beep and
although the color appears in the pop up color panel, the color doesn't
"take." As soon as I move the cursor off the current location, the color
starts changing in the color panel.

It is annoying and it happens sometimes. Sometimes I can even click on a
desktop color on a browser's page, for example and get the color. At other
times I cannot even click within the application on a page to get the color.

Any ideas?
