Hi there,

I just took over being webmaster for a non profit organization and I'm looking
for some building a secure user sign on utlility. I don't know ASP or PHP
so I'd like to find someone to create the utility for me. I need to request
funding so I'm also looking developers to tell me how much they would charge
for such a thing. They're so common these days I would imagine a cut and paste
would be pretty simple. I've written a spec and would be glad to email it to
anyone who might be iterested. I'm hoping to launch an updated website in
August and would need the utility integrated into the site by then.

I really don't understand why non profit org. don't use WordPress more
frequently. I does all the things being asked for by many of these orgs!
It's free and it works very well... oh well!
