I was hoping someone here would have any tips. I've recently started doing some
freelance web design. I have a client interested in a CMS to update content, but they also want to be able to add pages. I'm not sure if I can handle it or if I should let someone more experienced do it. I haven't used anything more than cushycms. I do want to learn it however, I'm sure he won't be the last client interested in a CMS. Does anyone have any recommendation for a stable CMS? How's the learning curve? Any advice? Or online/book resources? Any would be very much appreciated. |

Hi,
You can try joomla as it a very stable and robust system. You can easily integrate your design and the user will have full functionality to add or delete the pages. Got to www.joomla.org Gaurav www.gauravchandra.com |

It's an all-in-one customizable template, web site builder and Content Management System. Very easy to use, and very versatile. You can sign up and create a testing account hosted on my site, to see how it works. If you want to install it on your server, it needs to support PHP with write access to files and folders. -- seb (@webtrans1.com) high-end web design: http://webtrans1.com Sign-up for a free beta test of SiteLander, an ingenious website-builder: http://webtrans1.com/sitelander/ music: http://myspace.com/popmodelberlin |

As well as Joomla, I use Wordpress for a lot of my clients.
