I'm using Dreamweave CS3 on a Mac, and it's suddenly creating subfolders
named _notes as fast as I can delete them, even inside folders containing images. I never noticed them until recently. Does anyone know how to zap'em? Click on the Advanced tab and select Design Notes Uncheck the Maintain Design Notes checkbox and then click Clean Up -- Ken Ford Adobe Community Expert - Dreamweaver/ColdFusion Fordwebs, LLC http://www.fordwebs.com "David Blomstrom" <webforumsuser@macromedia.com> wrote in message news:g1ue6a$gsr$1@forums.macromedia.com... > I'm using Dreamweave CS3 on a Mac, and it's suddenly creating subfolders > named _notes as fast as I can delete them, even inside folders > containing images. The Clean Up function doesn't seem to work, but if I can merely stop these things from multiplying, it would be great. ![]() -- David Blomstrom: PolITics Expert http://www.geobop.org/ | http://www.invisible-republic.org/ http://www.billysoft.org/ (M$) http://www.freedomware.us/Topics/Mac_vs_PC/ |

Yesterday, I asked why I can see my .htaccess file localy but not in remote view, and Murray advised me to change my settings so I can view hidden files. In the meantime, I discovered I'm not the only person with this problem: http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/showthread.php?t=401335 And this page seems to offer the ultimate solution: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/view...3859&sliceId=2 Which means I need to do my homework on synchronization. I've never really researched it, but I frequently get warning messages when I publish online...something about conflicts with synchronization. I just click YES, and the page always publishes correctly.
