I like StreamSend myself, quite a bit cheaper.

That all depends on your usage requirements. MailChimp pricing is based on your email list size, and you can send multiple emails to your lists per month. StreamSend appears to charge per email sent. There are lots of other good email marketing companies, all with different types of plans. You really need to determine your type of usage before you start comparing prices. |

What's the difference between an "email list size" and "per email you send"
exactly? Streamsend is a way better deal if you're sending over 500. http://www.mailchimp.com/pricing.phtml http://www.streamsend.com/features_price.htm |

>What's the difference between an "email list size" and "per email you send"
exactly? If you email list is 25,000 addresses and you send 4 blasts per month, then your list size is 25,000 but the number of emails sent is 100,000. |

I can have 10,000 lists with one email per list if I want... with either. They both charge by how many emails you send.

No, I don't think so. Unless I am not understanding correctly, MailChimp charges by the size of your email list, not the number of emails sent per month. |

Unless I am not understanding correctly, MailChimp >charges by the size of your email list, not the number of emails sent per month. Depends on what kind of account you have. I have a "pay as you go" account, where I pay per email. Doesn't matter how many subscribers are on a given list, or how many lists I send to, or how many times I send to a list. Price is per email sent. Win -- Win Day, Wild Rose Websites winday@NOSPAMwildrosewebsites.com drink it. feel it. share it. http://www.mymonavie.com/winday/ |
