Hi,
I want to use the netinstall CD to install from my local repository
which contains the official CD1, Can I redirect the URL to my local
site and not to the official, is there a possible customizing? because
the access to the net is difficult and want to repeat the procedure on
several machines.

# aptitude install installation-guide-i386
$ zxpdf /usr/share/doc/installation-guide-i386/en/install.en.pdf.gz

This installs the installation guide for i386 and opens its English pdf.
(I assume it's on CD1, if not you can also find it on debian's download
page [1]).

Read "Appendix B. Automating the installation
using preseeding", especially section "B.4.3. Mirror settings"

I think it is possible. You basically modify the entries
in /etc/apt/sources.list . For more information read the man page of
sources.list .
