Downgrades are officially not supported and in your case I don't even
know of a proper way to find the updated packages.

Just out of curiosity, why do you need this? Maybe there is a better
solution for what you want to achieve.

More to the point, what is the problem? Since 4.0r0 and 4.0r1 only
differ by security fixes, why would you want to?
