Hi,
I just installed the latest version. When I login via GDM, I just see the cursor and the background. I never get a "full" desktop. I installed from the minimal CD. Any ideas? Thanks, Bob -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-user-REQUEST@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact listmaster@lists.debian.org |

How do the cursor and the background look like? Try right-clicking on the desktop, do you get a menu (maybe you installed some minimalist window manager like openbox)?
