What else can I look for? I have these configs for my custom 2.6.22 kernel (compiled from the standard Debian sources): $ grep IEEE1394 /boot/config-$(uname -r) CONFIG_IEEE1394=m # CONFIG_IEEE1394_VERBOSEDEBUG is not set # CONFIG_IEEE1394_PCILYNX is not set CONFIG_IEEE1394_OHCI1394=m CONFIG_IEEE1394_VIDEO1394=m CONFIG_IEEE1394_SBP2=m # CONFIG_IEEE1394_SBP2_PHYS_DMA is not set CONFIG_IEEE1394_ETH1394_ROM_ENTRY=y CONFIG_IEEE1394_ETH1394=m CONFIG_IEEE1394_DV1394=m CONFIG_IEEE1394_RAWIO=m The RAWIO is the one responsible for the raw1394 module. It looks like you have to compile your own kernel to get it. The raw1394 replaces the now unsupported dv1394 driver (according to the kernel configuration ). -- Regards, | http://users.icfo.es/Florian.Kulzer Florian | -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-user-REQUEST@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
