Hello,

I'm using gaim in order to chat with my friend over MSN protocol. But
when I try to get information from my friends I get an address like
that: <friend-mail-name>.spaces.live.com

But I can't see this page from linux, only from windows, do you know
any way to see these pages from linux?

You just can put the address "spaces.live.com" in order to see the error.

More goddamned Microsoft crap is what the problem is. In Iceape 1.1.1, go to Tools-User Agent Switcher-Internet Explorer 6 (XP) and you will be able to see the page. This really is an abuse of the "user agent" info and reminds me of the incident with Opera where MS fed Opera browsers bad web pages to make it look as if Opera wasn't rendering certain MS sites correctly.

Hi Gustavo,
I'm running Lenny using FF 2.0.0.4. I see the page http://spaces.live.com
with no problem. I don't care for the content but the page itself displays
correctly with FF.

see some picture, the picture never finish to be loaded. It is needed
another extension/plug-in in order to charge these pictures ? Can you
see them?

Hi Gustavo,
I don't need to use the user agent. I guess it is using one of the
mozilla-mplayer plugins. You need to say which plugins you have installed
and then we might be able to tell which ones you need.
