Déjà ça commence bien...

Je souhaite utiliser la commande snmpwalk sur le port 3401 (squid).

Mais ou est donc passé l'option -p sur la nouvelle version 5.4.1 ???

Cherche «-p» dans le ChangeLog, c'est le meilleur moyen d'avoir la réponse
à ce genre de question.

Pour référence (puisque je vois que tu avais trouvé; j'avais préalablement
vérifié que l'information était effectivement trouvable ainsi), ceci est le
ChangeLog du paquet Debian, il référence les changements dans la manière
dont le paquet est packagé. Les changements dans le logiciel lui-même y
apparaissent uniquement sous la forme:

* New upstream version (closes: #147761).
